  • 8 Ways To Reduce Pre-Wedding Stress
http://www.mychoiceweddings.com/stress.htm 1-Start walking! That's right. Take a brisk walk around the block, up the street, wherever ! 2-Take a few moments each day, preferably at night before going to sleep, and do breathing exercises

3-Start drinking more water instead of caffeine and sugar loaded liquids. 4-Laughing and singing are great ways to reduce the stress.

5-Another stress reducer is to stretch your muscles out. 6-Dim the lights in the bathroom and take a nice, hot bath. Use candles if you prefer.

7-One glass of wine can help you to relax, but don't over do it. 8-If you prefer, that old home remedy of warm milk will do it every time!

    What You Should Do First
Reserve Your Ceremony First If you are planning your ceremony in church or house of worship, be sure to reserve your ceremony location and time FIRST.

Then, book your reception location and caterer. You don't want to sign any contracts or leave deposits with vendors without having your ceremony time and location confirmed. In fact, many reception locations will not accept your reservation unless you have a ceremony site.

Why? Your reception site, delivery of certain products and services, ceremony vs. reception timeframe and limo driving time are directly impacted by where your ceremony is held and should definitely be taken into consideration

    Seating Arrangements
    The Bride and Groom's Table

There are several options for the bride and groom's table at the reception. · Some couples like to have a small table to themselves. This is referred to as "sweetheart's Table". · If you're having a long head table, you should assign seats to your bridal party (flower girls and ring bearers can sit with their parents). The maid of honor should sit next to the groom and the best man next to the bride. · Alternatively, you might want to sit at a round table like the rest of your guests. This limits the number of people at the head table, but it also makes it more intimate. · If you're having trouble deciding who gets to sit with you, picking your siblings and their mates is a good option.
